**Please note that all boudoir sessions are only blogged with my client’s permission.**
And I’ve been pretty excited to share this particular session…
Why? Because not only do these images contain a gorgeous lady (can you believe she’s a mother of 4???), but also a classic car. The only thing that could have made this any better for me was if we included a horse and some cotton candy (don’t ask). AND this was a special gift for her husband who will be returning home after a long deployment…any day now.
I love that this particular client was comfortable enough in her own skin to not only do a boudoir shoot, but to also do the shoot in a public setting. But, as I say, boudoir doesn’t have to be all revealing…a good portion of my clients shoot with more coverage than they would at the beach.
Christina, I’m so happy for you, and your hubby’s return. You were an amazing model to work with, you have an awesome personality to match. Hopefully we end up crossing paths again in the near future!
And a HUGE thank you to my friend, Tony, who let me borrow his car!
Last month I decided it was time to close up shop in beautiful San Diego in preparation for our move back to Japan where we’ll be calling home for the next 3 years. And with that move, I decided it would be a perfect time for change. I mean why keep things simple by leaving them as they are, right?
So, I’ve got this great idea (or maybe not…only time will tell) to start a blog post that I’ll update on a weekly basis. Each week I will post goals, and the following week, post if I followed through or not, give any pertinent updates, and set new goals.
So, are you ready?
Goals: Decide who my ideal client is, and put it in writing. Find the most popular social media sites for browsing, and for service shopping.
What social media platforms do you spend the most time on?
This has been a long time coming. There have been a lot of struggles within myself as to whether to keep all of my work together, or divide it up.
As you may already know, my boudoir work is now on it’s own, and includes lingerie and pinup styles, as well as anything else that may make its way in here.
For those of you who don’t know me yet, I’ve been shooting off an on for over 20 years now, but have had a camera in hand for close to 40. I finally bit the bullet and started my business about 7 years ago. And although I don’t always shoot full time, I love it. I love the connections, and the ability to get really creative from time to time.
Over time you’ll get to know a little more about me. I’m a bit silly with my obsessions (long live pigacorns!!!), but I’m loving, sincere, and love to have fun.
I hope you continue to join me here, as well as continue to join me on my main page, KRUSH Photography.
I’m also on Google+, FB, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, and who knows what else….
